Please Note: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable for health and safety reasons:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear, unless unworn with tags still attached

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or a fulfillment error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already started processing, making cancellation impossible.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly noted on the product page. No returns or refunds will be accepted for these products.
